Manor of Possonnière

Pierre de Ronsard, “Prince of Poets”, was born in La Possonnière on September 11, 1524 and lived there part of his childhood. The surrounding nature was his first source of inspiration and many of his poems will sing the Vendômois. Come and discover the charm and tranquility of the place. Gardens of contemporary creation pay homage to the poet.
